Very poor, had a price for a return journey confirmed in writing 6 weeks before our trip only to receive an email a few days before saying the price had altered an now they wanted more money. Same scam that I've come across before, seems to be becoming common place, they leave it until the last minute thinking you'll just have to agree as there is such short notice. DO NOT USE this company, there are plenty of others out there but be aware that even a price in black and white seems to mean nothing.
