appalling. we are members of David Lloyd Belfast, which we love, and decided to use this club during a stay in Southampton. The staff were unfriendly and the changing rooms dirty. The club room was dingy and we waited over an hour for food which, when it arrived, was cold and burned. When we queried the quality of the food we were informed that we lucky to even get that, the staff were so busy.

I have cancelled my membership with David Lloyd now as a result of the dreadful service at this this club as we were looking to move to Southampton in the coming months, but will find another gym 24-07-16
