Excellent service when you are looking. When dress ready rather slap dash. Don't expect a dress bag like a man would if he bought a suit. Yes you are offered 'A breathable bag' but have to pay £15 for it! A bag with the name of the shop on would have been a good advert, rather than walking out with your expensive dress in a roll of plastic that would cover a roll of carpet.

Fantastic experience. Staff let you browse and pick dresses. Offered fantastic help and advice.
Not pushy and it doesn't matter the size of your budget. I picked one of the cheapest dresses in the shop but was still treated like a princess.
Would recommend to every bride out there.
