You don’t need any special equipment to try our two week free trial. A t-shirt and jogging bottoms is fine and the desire for a challenge. We will guide you through your first lesson and answer any questions you may have.

You can call in advance or just come along to see any of the classes and remember the first two weeks are free. 31-08-15
