I purchased a pair of jeans, size 14R (£45), from in store are they were great, so went on line to order three additional pairs. The sizing was nothing like those purchased in store, miles smaller! I now have to return them for refund and if I want to repurchase will have to go back the store. Also, I found your online comment on Next being for 20 to 40 years extremely ageist. I am 70 years young, but will certainly think twice before using Next again!! 05-02-22
