Southampton Ki Society in Bassett teach the Ki principles of Master Koichi Tohei and Shin Shin Toitsu Aikido, a Japanese Martial Art based on those Ki principles.
Ki Aikido is the application of Ki principles to martial art training. Ki Aikido is therefore a way of training mind and body, not simply a means of self-defence. It is practised in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and is non-competitive.
Classes are available for both adults and children.
