Had a pedicure booked, have been coming to this salon for at least two years. Could not believe their lack of concern when I placed my feet in extremely hot water, almost boiling! Obviously not checked before hand. They could not care a less and we're not able to provide me with cold water to soothe my scalded feet. Definitely a health and safety concern! This should never happen again. All they wanted to know was if I wanted the pedicure or not! Extremely shocked and disappointed and proves that customer service is not top of their list, just a money making machine! I was quick to react and took my feet out quickly, an older person may not have been able to. Have you anything to say Venus Nails? Too late, you should look at your health & safety procedures! Extremely upset by the whole incident and feel let down
