Not one to normally leave reviews. But after the second refusal to cut my hair I think it's time to moan.
Don't believe the times on the website. The staff close when they wish. This used to be my barbers of choice but over the years the staff have changed and customer service is the least of their concerns these days. Turned up at 3mins past five and they told me no more customers. Even with four maybe five staff working and only one child waiting an hour wasn't enough time to fit me in??? "sorry no time and we have to clean up"?? I'm sorry didn't realise the closing time (6pm) included cleanup time!
I would understand if it was 30 mins to go, but an hour??
Suggest changing closing to 530pm if you are more concerned with going out.
Poor show, typical of many peoples attitude to work and customer service these days.
