I was referred to this practice by NHS 111. suffering with severe tooth ache, with the intention of having the tooth removed. The reception staff were helpful and efficient and I was seen after approx. 1 hour. The dentist, who I struggled to understand, inspected my teeth, asked me when I last visited a dentist.When I told him I do not have a dentist he decided I needed a lecture, gave me a prescription for some antibiotics and told me to go to a dentist for extraction. Total time in the chair, approx. 3 mins. This cost me £21-60, the NHS charge, and was a total waste of time.
