Severe lack of training and then tried blaming it on my hair and said I hadn't opted for a senior stylist. Which is strange because I hadn't even been given the option to HAVE a senior stylist. If they'd been trained properly, we wouldn't have had that problem and I wouldn't have had my hair turned GREEN! Offered to resolve it and reached an agreement and then they reneged on the offer. I've now found a new hairdresser and had to pay twice as much to fix my hair which is going to be a long process as thanks to Lisa Edwards incompetent staff is now completely ruined.
This company is absolutely beyond diabolical. I have refrained from giving a negative review because I wanted to give you the opportunity to to fix this but it's an absolute joke!!
