I walked in to the shop this morning to buy a £185 Babolat racquet. The man in the shop was on the phone, obviously to his wife or girlfriend. I walked over and he didn't look up - I waited about another 5 mins while he just continued to chat on the phone - I walked out and bought the racket online at tennisnuts.com - it was also £40 cheaper. Do yourself a favour and avoid people that really don't deserve your business if they behave with this attitude.
