I would avoid this shop like the plague!
Having ordered some equipment I was told that the delivery time would be about four months. Finally nine months later my equipment finally arrived, well most of it anyway.
Now this may or may not be Drumzone's fault but the fact that I would get contradicting stories from Chris and his frankly very rude assistant as to what was happening, I felt that I was constantly being lied to and phobed off just so I would leave.
I would be told one thing by one member of staff and then something completely different the next time I went in by another. I was told I would get a phone call letting me know what was happening but in the whole 9 months I never got one call and had to go in to find out what was happening every single time. Even when I was told I would get a phone call the next day.
I could list many many different examples but I will not.
By all means go in and buy something off of the shelf but order items in at your own risk!!!!!
