To be honest, with a service i recieved at Southampton Premier Motorcycles, its not even worth a star. The staff were unreliable, numerously told lies and there customer service is awful. They cant keep up with sorting out services dates, my headlamp blew and they fitted in a 55w blub when it was meant to be a 35w blub and had to get a new headlamp unit. STILL WAITING ON THE PARTS I ORDERED TWO MONTHS AGO! The one part of the three that i ordered, i received was broken, took it back and got all crappy with me, put the blame on me and again told lies. People are very deluded if they give it a good review, im still surprised that the business is still running, after the bad comments it has received
