I experianced a very traumatic divorce.Through late 2005 - 2008 one paticular solicitor that i dealt with at this practice was i felt i didnt get a good service in the way of keeping me up to date of events. Not explaining all the legalities thoroughly and not allowing me to bring along a friend to help me get over all the points that needed to be addressed. By the time it all went to court i wanted to walk away from this firm but because of the complexity of my divorce i felt it was easier to stick with them. I honestly feel they were more on the side of my now x husband.
The final insult came when i recieved the final bill and because i am a single parent i had to put this charge on to my house.
