I bought a car from a dealer who provided me an insurance service through this garage. At the beginning, I had some issues with the breaks that that make very disturbing squeaky noise and required attention. Dave was very helpful in fixing the problems. He checked and cleaned the breaks and that helped eliminating all the noise that he can detected. On the delivery, we realized that everything is fixed except that some small/rare noise still present with the reverse. I thought I could live with it but Dave asked to bring the car back to fix that without further charge. The breaks are now in perfect condition and I really appreciate his help.
Personally, I think Dave is reasonable and realiable. Also, as a new business, I trust that he is trying his best to bring frequent customers to his garage. I also like the delivery part as it was very convenient and it avoided most of the interuption of my work.
