I was on my way out on a short touring weekend and had problems with my gears. I called in late at around 4 p.m. on a Saturday in July and they were great. They kindly sorted out all the bike problems for me so I could get on with my break. They were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job in sorting out the gears. I can recommend them.
