Disgusting customer service and all-round terrible agency. Damp throughout the house, mildew present, someone came round and put a sticker on the boiler saying do not use due to a smell of gas therefore we have been living without heating for a month in November!!! Holes present in the kitchen ceiling, and Cryers have been told of these since I moved in (over 2 months ago).
I recommend no one use Cryers, all they care about is your money, absolutely useless and one of the worst companies I have ever seen.
Stay well clear! Dreadful.
