Almost 1 year ago they had planning permission to at last build shelter for smokers. YET STILL NO SIGN OF A SHELTER. smokers just told get off the step and stand in the rain. management just fob off when asked. Quick enough to take our money but dont give a dam for supplying basic shelter + heat fro smokers. VERY POOR SHOW. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. but guess they are only interested in our money not our welfare.
