APPALLING!!!
I made an appointment the day before over the phone which was fine, they booked me in for a Saturday at a time of THEIR choosing for my first visit to this establishment. I went to the salon at said time and told the receptionist I had arrived for my appointment. I had a seat and took my jacket off while she went to the back. Then she came back and told me that they wouldn't cut my hair because I'm a male.. this is despite it saying MAINSTREAM UNISEX above the door.
I found this business online where it is also advertised as a unisex hair salon (the reason I choose it) so I am very confused as to why they decided they didn't want to cut my hair. It is worth noting that there was one customer in while I was there.
I wouldn't recommend this hair salon to anyone as such a high level of unprofessionalism and false advertising is intolerable along with messing me around. My time has been wasted and my journey also.
