I ordered vegetarian dishes as part of my takeaway. I got them as meat dishes. I called and spoke to someone called matt who said that he was 100% sure I didn't ask for vegetarian and that he was right I was wrong so if I wanted vegetarian dishes I had to pay again even though I wouldn't be eating the meat dishes. I called and spoke to the chef after that because he said my noodles were vegetarian. I said there is meat and told him I would send a picture. He told me that I must have put meat into the dishes after they got delivered to me!!!!! Who tells the customer they are wrong and then accuse them of putting meat into vegetarian dishes if I was complaining about them not being vegetarian in the first place!!!
