Very bad service given by Cryers. Reported a problem for the second time of Mould growing on the wall in the bedroom which is a serious health hazard - was told the landlord had been contacted and Cryers had asked that they were informed once the problem had been rectified. My son came home for the Easter holidays and returned three weeks later only to find nothing had been done whatsoever and the mould had got far worse. Obviously Cryers were aware of this as the landlord had not contacted them to say the problem had been sorted - surely as the letting agent they should be following through any complaints of this nature? Needless to say Cryers most unhelpful when seeking compensation from the landlord! Shall be taking this matter further.    11-06-14
