I've had an amazing experience with valentinos. I got a high life voucher which included a hair cut and hi lights and the appointment was booked a few days prior to the vouchers expiry date. Anyway I am heavily pregnant and had a scare where by I thought I was in labour on the day of the appointment. I called valentinos and they happily agreed to extend my voucher for as long as I needed. Which I was very grateful for.
When I came in to my appointment today I was seen by a lovely friendly hairdresser who I think was called Sam and she not only cut and coloured my hair the best I have ever had cut but she took extra care and advised me well ??
