For the past 10 years I have purchased numerous engraved items from the Glass Lady. In spite of cold detached service from the staff, I have chosen to give them my business, as the individual purchases have suited each occasion. However, increasingly I have found the staff to be unfriendly. Jenny has never acknowledged me as a returning customer. I moved from the area 8 years ago and yet, have driven the 120 miles return journey, buying on average 6 items per year. No more! The standard of the work has deteriorated. Jenny not only dismisses genuine feedback, but her work has become inferior. The whole point of buying individual engraved pieces from the Glass Lady is to obtain a quality personalise product you're pleased to give. When I'm given an item with engraving that is badly spaced and not aligned evenly, I expect it to be corrected. I didn't make the error, so why am I treated with hostility when I point it out.
There are many online businesses offering personalised items. I will now give all my business to these remote, but efficient and customer service focussed companies.i suggest you consider doing the same and like me, not use The Glass Lady.   18-05-17

I have used this company for a number of lovely products. The last purchase included 4 items. I believe all these items make great, quality presents.
However my concern is with the lack of genuine customer service from the staff, Jenny in particular.
There is never acknowledgement of returning, loyal customers.
She immediately bristles & shows her dislike when something is not to her customers satisfaction. When an order is agreed & paid for, is it not reasonable for the customer to highlight an error without fear of being made to feel uncomfortable.
I would like to continue buying from this business but would appreciate the experience being more pleasant. Thank you   06-09-14
