Bought your product item No: 174807 Hand Held Steam Cleaner £23.99 from Edgware Store ,Station Road, Edgware HA7...This is badly designed product lower part containing detergent comes off because the release button could be knocked in during steam cleaning. Could not locate site at Leatherhead to register complaint. Since it has been used to test its use how to claim for refunds?
