We visit for coffee or lunch every couple of weeks and have found the staff always friendly and helpful . The drinks and food in the downstairs cafe where we sit is usually good.
I would like to point out that I am disapointed with the cleanliness and comfort of the cafe. The inadequate seating is terribly shabby and usually covered with crumbs etc. The cafe is usually busy so I can't understand why it has been neglected over the last couple of years?
