firstly l just feel sorry for people on legal aid coz firms like leonard & co in Southampton is a joke.the firm is unprofessional. its like they work against the clients.all they want is to be paid for nothing.they do not the work at all n if you expect them to do the work 4 you ure having a laugh.l think firms like this should get reported n closed.NEVER EVER WATE YO TIME GOING THERE OR RECOMMENT ANY1 PLIZZZZ ALL THEIR LAWYERS ARE USELESS N STUDENTS.
