I visited your store yesterday (travelling from Devizes in Wiltshire) and entered after crossing from West Quay. I was looking for Menswear and there were no signs and I could only see womenswear about me. I went upstairs only to be told that Menswear is downstairs. I was not at all impressed by the signing in the store.
