We needed a car seat urgently as our granddaughter was coming in to Heathrow at midday and we found our seat was too small. We turned up at opening time and we could have not got better help from Pauline, who went backwards and forwards to our car to find one that fitted correctly. We eventually bought their shop demo as it was the only one suitable. She fitted it and we went on our way to pick up the family. Phew!!! Thank you so much Pauline, you were a star! Baby was snug and happy and above all, safe.
