Where has the quality gone? They took on a new girl about a year or two ago. This is the problem. She has attitude, not a care if it is right, is shoddy and makes a ton of mistakes.
Took a new Paul Smith jumper to them to basically sew a 3mm hole up and n the sleeve. She totally ruined it by sewing a huge oval area over the front. I asked her to unpick it. She hacked a 20pence hole into it. Told me to get a patch over it. I have jeans done wrong on the hem, trousers with tape sewn in wrong.
She has no respect for other people's hard earned items. Will never use again. It used to be really good
