I have made appoinment a week ago, came today sharp on time. Minutes later being told, a customer before me was late and ask me if I can have a hair cut in another 2 hours, or the following day. I came all the way from Woking to have a haircut here, what a waste time! And to ask me to pospone the time that long is just so riddiculous!
