Lovely rooms and nice staff. Wifi is super slow (I tried 2 rooms) and yet surprise surprise there is an upgrade option. That costs a tenner for 2 days.
Food is great with lots of choice, free teas and coffees, and a big bath.
Would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the excruciatingly loud fire alarm going off at 5am and endless drilling from the renovation on floor 5.
