Do,you really need to go to Whittards to buy tea? Ok, the shop looks nice and tidy, the assistants are okay, but why would you go there to buy their overpriced beverages? You can find better customer service elsewhere if Southampton is anything to go by. They offer free tastes of their teas, but they are all overly sweet and sickly. Seriously, does anybody drink that stuff? My advice: spend you money elsewhere. They do special offers, but most of their stuff is still overpriced. Go to Neals's Yard in London for a good experience, give this shop a miss.
