Had my hair cut here just before Christmas and it’s awful! I asked for texture and a bit of a lift on top and have neither. One side is longer than the other and as for the blow dry, the girl did not have a clue! I can’t believe that this staff member is fully qualified, if she is, she needs more training. Will never go back, as hair is ruined!

One of the worst hair cuts I have had. Distinctly asked for textured cut with feathered fringe which looks like a pudding basin cut and too short. It will take 3 or 4 months to get it suitable for a professional cut, which will not be at Toni & Guy.

I recently moved to Southampton and dreaded finding a new hair dresser
as I had been with my previous hair dressers for about 10 years.
Don't know why I was worried as Toni & Guy have made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Both Nicky & Rachel are amazing lovely people and know what they are doing when it comes to hair.
Would recommend them to everyone.
Thanks Nicky & Rachel for your expertise and friendly ways.

Absolutely love this Salon!! After moving down here at the beginning of the year and being a frequent Toni and Guy in the Midlands I knew I wanted to try and continue using the T&G salons. Recently having been refurbished looking even more fab than before and with one of the friendliest teams I've come across!! Highly recommend this Salon and I think I will even continue to use when I move out of the area!!

I've been coming here for several years now, it's always amazing and I look forward to it every time. My colourist is Nikki and my stylist is Rachel and both girls are so talented, and as well as this really friendly and knowledgable. I've recommended Toni and Guy to several of my friends and now quite a few people come because of that. Love it!

Great salon with talented stylists and colour technicians. I regularly get my hair cut and highlighted here and am always satisfied with the results and the service. The newly refurbished salon is clean and bright, and even the hair-washing chairs are comfortable! The staff are always welcoming and friendly, and happy to advise on colour and cut ideas. They are the reason I come back to this salon time and time again. Thanks!

I have been going to this salon for a number of years now and each time have had impeccable service. My hair stylist is Jason and hair colourist is Nicky. Both Jason and nicky are very professional and always conduct a full consultation every time I have my hair done. I live in London but still come to southampton to get my hair done as I haven't found anyone better than Jason and Nicky in london, which shows what high calibre hairs stylista they are. I would recommend this salon to everyone.

The hairdressers at this salon are second to none. I've been a customer for the past 4 years, and became a customer after having tried just about all of the other salons in Southampton. I'm incredibly fussy about my hair, and have never left this salon disappointed. The Hairdressers working here are all properly trained, and to an exceptionally high standard. I highly recommend this salon.

I have been several times now to this salon for a cut and blow dry and have been very happy with the experience. Jason my stylist, is attentive, listens to what I want and I have never had to wait an inappropriate time for attention on arrival. I have never had a hard sell for product, merely suggestions, A previous reviewer complained about her stylists irritating chatter and laugh, can she imagine how boring it must be for these stylists, day in, day out trying to engage with virtual strangers and no doubt frequently having to listen to the drivel we customers probably bore them with. As for salons out of London being no good, my worst Toni and Guy experience was in London!

Avoid at all costs! I read terrible reviews here and elsewhere but went anyway and now I regret it. This place is awful, better off selling cupcakes and not hairdressing service.

Without any exaggertation, this is the worst hair experience for me ever. The stylist had no clue what he was doing and I had just gone for a simple blow dry. My 14-year-old daughter would have done my hair better. The staff were quite impolite and know nothing about customer service either. Terrible styling and terrible customer service. I would not recommend at all.

I am not pleased with my hair , It's ruined . The colour is disgusting . Didn't even want the colour that now is in my hair . Very friendly staff but ruined My hair the colour and the style . A few people did say to me they ruined there hair ,However I did not listen.

This review is for the Toni& Guys managed by Jason. There are two in Southampton, and it is this one this review is for.
I had a real disaster with a hairdressers in Lincolnshire. She didnt listen and made a mess of my hair.
I had previously had my hair done by Jason before, and know how good he is.
So, i travelled from lincolnshire to southampton ( 4 hour drive) to rescue my hair cut.
He was fabulous! listened to what i had to say, inspected the disastrous cut and instigated a plan of action to sort out said mess, and teach me to style it at home which is essential.
My hair was transformed! He sorted out the really short layers by shaping the cut. He was professional, approachable and it was well worth the long drive to find an excellent hairdresser which he is! I would highly recommend the salon, and Jason s hairdressing . The salon needs say a ten star rating!
