Was told 30-40 mins delivery time, waited 1 hour 20.stone cold chips, congealed curry and solid rice. Worst Chinese ever

Order took 2 and a half hours we eventually cancelled over the phone after 4 separate phone calls beforehand and being told it was on it's way, be 20 mins etc. After a heated discussion on the phone with 4 separate people explaining the situation each time we cancelled and went to the shop to get cash back! Waste of time don't bother

Their hong kong style sweet and sour is fairly reliable but their food is cold lately, even if I go in an pick it up. The hot and sour soup is also rather bland and mildly hot but not sour and doesn't have flavour really or much in it. This takeaway used to be really good but has unfortunately gone right down hill lately for some reason

The worst ever Chinese take away I have ever had. Accidentally went there as I had parked my car in front of their shop (usually go to Peking Gourmet which is great) order one of their Special Chow Mein which was supposed to be with mixed meats. When i got home there was only 1 piece of prawn, 2 pieces of chicken and 4 pieces of beef, wheres the pork? floating in a whole lot of soya sauce which was cold and the noodles enough for a child!! I went back in on Monday to make a complaint and as usual the manager was not in. What a waste of £5.10 and felt sick after eating it. Going to stick to Peking Gourmet which is just great

first time we have used the magic wok never again the meal tasted discusting i did ring up to complain but whoever answered the phone there attitude was rude and aggressive and he put the phone down on me one star is to many for mr magic wok

After using this take away for many years, very annoyed tonight as part of our delivery order did not arrive - not noticing until paid, unpaked. IMMEDIATELY phoned to let them know and was told by the managet another curry would be sent sraight out. Hour later, still no curry. Phoned again and said as it was now too late and other food had gone cold, I wanted a full refund or my whole order again on another night. The manager passed the phone to another employee after a heated discussion of about ten mins. I then had to say the same thing over again who then asked me to hold and told this to the Manager who I heard in the background keep saying I was lying and that I should of called earlier and all she was willing to do was give me free prawn crakers with my curry on another time. After a good twenty mins on phone saying this was not good enough the guy on the phone swore down the phone "I don't know what to say, I'm s******* mydelf as both you employee and my manager are shouting at me" He then hung up.
