I was going on a cruise and chose this salon because it was close to my hotel. However I was shocked by the poor hygiene and the cheap short-cuts compared to the salon I go to at home. I hated that the technicians all chatted to each other in their own language and made no attempt to chat with me. The worst thing was the fierce buffing which left two of my nails really thin and crumbly and the others in poor condition. Never again. It will take my nails months to re-grow

Seriously disappointing service, I would not recommend this place as every time I go in to the store, I am treated disrespectfully by staff who are always on their phones talking to family or friends, even midway through serving a customer. They stop and start doing nails to reply to text messages, listen to music on their headphones instead of talking to customers, and insult customers after they leave the store. This is a disgusting way to run a business. I have returned to this store only because my regular nail salon is busy. After continuous lack of courtesy, no manners whatsoever, I will no longer be using this salon. I would advise others to avoid and use another local nail salon as I feel no one should have to go through such terrible service.

I have been to this salon 3 times so far and I have found them warm and accommodating.
I have acrylics and I have not had them come off like I have at other salons and I am really tough on my nails.

I had to add my review as the two on here doesn't do the salon justice!
I've had a pretty positive experience the 3 times i've recently gone there, i will say the young girl in particular is fantastic! very good quality and she's really polite. The guys work has also been really good, although i have found them to be quite rough, but i think that's purely because they're guys and not to be sexsist or anything but men do tend to be quite heavy handed in comparison. it's good value for money and (touch wood) i haven't broken any as of yet, which i use to have a regular problem with when i had acrylics many years ago! so i would recommend!

I would never go back to this nail salon, there is no customer service here whatsoever and was disgusted how I was spoken to..but then you get what you pay for...for £15 I had acrylic refills and asked for a light pink varnish to then be painted over the top of my china whites. When the man supposedly finished filing my nails I pointed out (very nicely I might add) that they were all different lengths, with that a Chinese woman jumped in who was with another customer (and was rude to me in front of a shop full of customers) that when the pink was painted over you wouldn't see the whites..I explained I was getting a light pink over the top so of course you would see the whites hence they had to be the same lengths..she them mumbled something in Chinese to the man, she sat back down and he carried on..I was shocked by the way she spoke to me and I had no apology after...hence why I will never go back (and I still very wasn't happy with the lengths so did them myself back home!)
