We purchased a Nissan Micra from Lee Mellor Trading as wesellsmallcars.co.uk also known as CARSMART SOUTHAMPTON LTD also known as and leeeverton111: on Ebay for £670 on 8th May 2021. Just 14 days later 22 May 2021 it became apparent that the vehicle had a serious electrical fault. The car refused to start even turn over turn to key and nothing! all dash lights light up like a Christmas tree even with or without key in ignition. After several attempts we managed to get the vehicle started however the engine then wouldn’t turn off and stayed running even with the key removed. After further investigation we also discovered that the chassis was twisted. (Vehicle was mot`d just 4 months ago. We promptly contacted lee to let him know that the car was dangerous and not safe to drive/ Lee Mellor is a motor trader. By law, the dealer must sell you a vehicle that is roadworthy and as advertised. The car will come with three months cover and will be free of charge. It covers a limited number of faults, mainly to do with major components. It will not cover wear and tear and will also exclude most parts. I am a single mother with little to no knowledge of cars, just that I need the best for my money and that it needs to be reliable. I had several bad experiences with other dealers, one which I am still proceeding through the courts with, so I was on guard for future car purchases.
I have to say that I was so pleasantly surprised with the service from we sell small cars. they were able to show me the car at my home address, allowed me to talk through my needs and requirements, took a test drive and helped me with all the paperwork including warranty. I have had my car a year now and didn't provide feedback straight away knowing that often looks can be deceiving and issues arise over time. However, a year down the line, my car has just flown through its MOT again and I am delighted. I had the contact detail of the sellers so I could have raised issues if any had occurred but they quality of the car stands for itself. Natasha was brilliant and highly knowledgeable in what can be a very intimidating 'classically male' arena. She allowed me to ask any questions and reassured me at all times.
I would highly recommend and would use this company in future.

I bought a Toyota from We Sell Small Cars and recently changed it for a Mazda. the service I received on BOTH occasions was second to none. I had no intention on going anywhere but back to We Sell Small Cars and will continue to do so in the future. Natasha was friendly as evEr and even took the time to show me my new car at 8pm on a Saturday evening. Where else could you go and buy a car at his time of night? I was never pressured and the experience again left me informed and contented and aware that. I had made the right choice. I have recommended We Sell Small cars to my daughter and she too is in the process of buying a new car. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Lovely people, lovely cars and lovely service, thank you!

I bought my BMW from We Sell Small Cars and it's the perfect car, exactly what I wanted and more! Natasha was very helpful, everything was sorted out for me so quickly. Natasha made me feel very relaxed and comfortable on the test drive. A great price and an amazing service. I would highly recommend. Will definitely be going there again when I renew my car. Thanks again!

Recently brought a 08 Fiesta from We sell small cars, which is a lovely family run business, we felt at ease the moment we stepped foot on the driveway of this company, The sales lady Natasha was extremely helpful and not at all pushy.
She was more than happy for us to test drive as many cars as we wanted to before finally settling on the Fiesta. She showed us all the little gadgets the car had as well as the usual standard things such as where the spare tyre was to reminding us it was a diesel not petrol run car !!
Having read the reviews for this company I have to totally agree with the majority of comments !!!! We will and have recommended them to our friends and look forward to doing future business with WE SELL SMALL CARS

Absolutely amazing service! Had a great car, good price in a great condition. Nothing was too much trouble! Already recommended to friends as they are willing to find the perfect car if they don't have it in stock. I recently bought my BMW from we sell small cars and I was very impressed with the service received. I came and viewed the car on a Thursday morning and cheekily asked if it could be ready for the next day as I wanted it for the weekend. Natasha pulled out all the stops and I was able prepare the car to a very high standard and I drove it away Friday lunchtime.
I had a couple of bits I needed looking at since I picked ip the car and again their excellent customer service meant I was provided with a courtesy car for the day whilst the work was carried out with little inconvenience and no cost.
I can't fault the pre or post sales service and love the car - I have had much worse service and cars from main dealers - thank you so much for making it a pleasant painless experience

After speaking with Natasha on the phone, I was thoroughly relaxed despite being nervous about buying a car. She was knowledgeable and friendly and it put my mind at rest having a woman to go on test drive with. I wasn't pressured at any one point and I was left to make my own mind up and wasn't forced into anything. I love my car and I will certainly go back when I upgrade again. Thank you again.

I would thoroughly recommend We Sell Small Cars. I purchased my Fiesta Zetec from them at a very reasonable price and couldn't be happier. I found Natasha very accommodating and she arranged everything for me......I simply drove it away. I needed a car in hurry and had very specific needs. Natasha went the extra mile in ensuring these were met. I will definitely be buying my next car from here.
