Awful. avoid at all costs. i contacted them to repair a dishwasher. the engineer never turned up and when i called the shop i was fobbed of that he must be out on other jobs. i asked if he could contact me later but i never received a call. Despite this, a few months later i contacted them to repair an oven. I decided to give them another go as they are very local to me.
The engineer called me on the day of the booking and i thought it would be to inform me exactly of the time he will be coming. He in fact wanted me to "run tests" on the oven as he talked me through it over the phone so that he could decide if its worth his time to come out. I did as he asked or as much as i could despite i having no experience. He said he would call me back to arrange a time to fix as he had to go out now. no call was ever received. Please avoid at all costs

Shocking.
Delivered wrong item to which he admitted he knew on the phone. Item that was delivered it NOT fir for use.
He will not answer his phone.
Avoid at all costs.

Well I stupidly bought a tumble dryer from these people two weeks ago and I stupidly paid them for it. They said that they would deliver it for free that Friday.................................2 weeks later I'm still waiting. I rang them up to find out what was going on they said that they would deliver it today 02/10/2015 and put on 2 months extra warranty...they of course did not deliver it. Trading Standards need to know about this firm. How they are trading over 16 years as the ad says I do not know.

Really bad experience doing business with this. I wish I had read these reviews earlier.
I bought quite a few things from this shop. Delivery was late, but I thought they arrived eventually, so it was fine.
Then I found out that the freezer does not work, and so does the grill of the cooker. Just thought that I might not know how to operate them. But now I really think that they sold me broken appliances on purpose.
6 months' guarantee? Forget it. They said they'd come over to check "tomorrow", and that "tomorrow" was 2 weeks ago. Now I call them every day for countless times, but they never picked up the phone. I'll go to their shop today, but it's possible that all I can do now is to throw the appliances away.

I NEVER had an issue with this company they are very friendly polite and go out of their way to help you they will spend yhe time to go through your needs I've purchased freezers/cooker that 2/3years down the line are still going strong ive found this company to have a high standard of customer care theyve always delivered on time and on one occasion phoned to say that they are running late which ive never had before from a company all goods have been checked and undergone a full safety check its a company I honestly can not fault

Purchased washing machine on the understanding that the old one would be taken away but 6 weeks later it is still sitting on landing after 4 telephone calls.
Also purchased washer dryer and fridge and they tried to deliver shoddy goods not the ones we had purchased.

Do not use this business.
The washing machine i bout there i poor quality. I have had several "service repair " and still is not working well.
The owner is unfriendly and stuff unhelpful .
I give up with them and going to buy another washing machine somewhere else.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS
Awful from the start. Cash paid for a machine in July 2013,original machine delivered late with a broken drum. To date I have had 5 washing machines from this company that were all unfit for purpose. I have been waiting 4 weeks for the most recent machine to be collected, although have been promised a refund by Pat, the owner, this isn't happening. The most current machine covered my kitchen floor in 2 inches of water, the leak was so severe, I am left with a machine that doesn't work, a company that doesn't answer the phone and when they do they are so rude you would believe it is my fault they deliver faulty machines, no refund and no space for a new machine. 6 months of hassle...steer clear, I am surprised they have managed to stay in business as long as they have.

DO NOT use this business.
After two weeks do dealing with this business we have no washing machine. On the website they state they have a 3day guarantee, which we did not receive we where given the delivery date which was for 5 days time, the washing machine did not turn up, we received no call or reason for this. After calling up it the. Arrived the following day with no apology.
Later that day we used the washing machine to find out it was broken it flooded our entire kitchen and cut out all out power. They sent a technician the next day who said he had fixed it, after he left we then put another wash on to find out it was not fixed we called again and then a technician came the next day and he also "fixed" it ! Only for our entire kitchen to be flooded again. We finally decided enough was enough! We called up and asked for a refund they said they would be round later that day, 3 days later after no phone call or reason for the delay they turned up. We received no apology.
Unreliable. No communication. Use another business
