We were absolutely delighted with the wonderful customer service Nick provided from the very outset. It was truly first class!

Nick drove our daughter and friend to their school prom and was wonderful. His attention to detail from our first phone call to him was meticulous with his concern
about timings being accurate from our home to the venue. Nothing was too much trouble and Nick allowed a generous amount of time for photos at our house and on arrival at the prom itself. He was very understanding and accommodating when we needed to change the timings only a few days before the event.

Nick made 2 young people feel very special on an important evening of their lives and we could not have wished for a better service. Our warmest thanks. We would recommend Nick and the fabulous Mercedes unreservedly! 28-06-14

Firstly, I would like to say a huge thank you to Nick and the fabulous service that he provided for my parents 50th Golden Wedding Anniversary in December 2013.Communication was top class, all done by phone or email. Arrangements to collect my parents from their home address and then take them on a mystery tour for two hours and then to a hotel to where the rest of the family was waiting to receive them.
My parents couldn't stop rating Nick, how they loved the comfort of his car to the smooth drive that they had and the way that he made their evening a very special one.
I would highly recommend Southampton Chauffeur Hire and Nick without a doubt and would definitely use Nick again. 01-02-14
