Wish I had done laser treatment years ago - life changing! No more waxing, shaving….no more worrying I’d I can go to the spa or booking holidays around waxing. No more hairy legs, armpits!!! I am so impressed, this is the perfect present/gift for your older teenage girls!

I have been visiting Eliza for a number of years and have found her to be very understanding & professional. I am an anxious person but I am at ease with Eliza as I trust her. I have had lazer and my eyebrows done. I cannot believe how they have transformed my face and even my husband noticed and remarked that I look years younger!!! Thanks Eliza.

I am very disappointed and I do NOT recommend Eliza at all. I went for a small concern about some stains that I had. She told meI should start a better routine with better products and I will notice a big change in my skin.After a week using her products I could clearly see how my skin was getting irritated and I was having a reaction to them (she never tested my skin to see if I was allergic).
She told me to stop for a few days and then start using them again,she said my skin had to get used to them.When I restarted the reaction was worst.
I went there with a small concern about my marks,I ended up spending money and with my skin worse than ever,irritated and with many more marks and pimples which I barely had before.
I regret so much starting the process with her and I just hope that my skin will be soon as it was before going there

I am unhappy with the treatment and unprofessional manner provided by Eliza.I got laser hair removal and I was originally advised that the results would come after eight treatments but Eliza is now saying that everyone’s hair are different and she couldn’t guarantee it clears all the hair.Had I known this I would not have spent over £1,200 on the service.I have tried to resolve this with Eliza but she completely ignored me. I am very disappointed with the procedure provided by her and I think it’s a waste of money as the laser treatments haven’t eliminated the hair in the treated area, haven’t even reduced it! As soon as I finished the treatments I went to Eliza’s salon to get explanation on the service provided.She quickly become very defensive about and said it would be fine after a couple more treatments as my hair are thick and strong, why she didn’t say that at the first time.How can I know that another treatments are going to eliminate the problem.When I said that I’m not happy with her procedure she become very angry, raised her voice telling me that I had wasted her time and why was I there!!! She expected me to take more treatments but when I explained that I only want to fix what she’s done wrongly she started to be rude and wouldn’t let me explain anything else.She behaved unprofessionally saying to get out as she is busy and has another client waiting outside the door.
I wouldn’t recommend this salon for any treatment.For the future I’ll be more careful with research and reading the reviews before I go ahead with anything like this!!!!

I have just had my eyebrows done and i am very pleased with the result.
I found Eliza very professional and put me ease as i was a bit anxious of
having it done. I am also having laser hair removal treatment which is going
very well. I would recommend Elizer to anyone thinking of having any

Eyebrows are so important,especially this year as very fashionable to have quite big and beautifully shaped brows to frame the face.. I have wispy over plucked brows from the '60s when it was the fashion to have thin understated brows. Wel now I have been to Eliza to have permanent tattoo brows today, I am so so delighted , I now have the most natural looking perfectly shaped brows and look years younger. Thank you Eliza you are magic!!!

I had semi permanant eyebrows done. They look good but could have been better.
On the first visit my husband commented "She's rude". I thought it may be her accent, Eastern European.
The second visit was even worse. She had not booked me into her diary, in spite of my saying I had an appointment card written by her, she accused me of getting it wrong in front of everyone in the salon.
Later when I tried to ask a question about how the finish would look she was VERY aggressive. She said "why are looking for problems"? I told her "I'm not, I'm just trying to ask a question". She said she was very stressed because of a problem with a previous customer. I had to tell her to calm down.
Eliza takes a question as a criticism and gets aggressive. It's a shame she is not able to listen to her customers and work with them. She is a rude person with an attitude problem. A consultation is more of a conflict.
Also, Liza came up stairs eating, then before treatment she did not wash her hands, put on a gown or mask and donned only one glove.
I like my eyebrows but will not be going back.

I have visited Eliza now 3 times. My first was back in September 2014 and I had the semi permanent eyebrows and eye definition. I have recently seen Eliza again for a touch up on both and all occasions when I visited Eliza, I have found her to be extremely professional and very knowledgeable and I believe she is very honest with the results to expect and would not carry out treatments if she did not think they would be a success. I am extremely happy with the results and very pleased with how both my eyebrows and eyes look hence why I have been back to see Eliza and would 100% recommended her to my friends and family and also I think my eyebrows look so much better compared to other people's who have had them done elsewhere. Eliza is well worth the money.

I have been coming to Eliza for over 4 years for various traetments including laser hair removal , IpL and facial laser treatments and have always been thrilled with the results. Eliza is very honest about what to expect during and after treatments she is great at advising what treatments would be best - often advising against ones if she doesnt feel they would have benefits to me. I can always call her and ask advise and am always welcomed warmly and am never rushed through appointments - I thouroughly recomend her !

I first visited Eliza 4 years ago and have had many treatments with her including facials, semi permanent makeup and pigmentation all of which have been very successful. She has always given very good advice whilst being very professional and caring.
I have been a regular client now for a long time and will continue to be so and would highly recommend her for any of the treatments I have experienced.

I have been visiting Eliza for 2 years now for treatments ranging from acne scarring, pigmentation, semi-permanent eye definition, laser hair removal and for my sins of loving food and wine too much, cellulite reduction. For each range of treatments, Eliza has given me caring and honest advice, suggesting what would be best for me, not best for her bank account. I have been very impressed with the results from each treatment, as well as the products she has supplied to me, which have kept my adult acne at bay for over 18 months. Her studio is lovely, with convenient parking immediately behind. I recommend you have a look at her very helpful website and contact her (bear in mind she is treating all hours of the day so if she doesn't answer her phone, send a text, which she returns promptly)

I am very unhappy with the treatment and unprofessional manner in which my concerns were dealt with by Eliza, as anyone would agree £385 is a lot of money which I was willing to spend on semi permanent eyebrows to last 12 months before a touch up, at least! After the first treatment they completely disappeared after a week, I wasn't given any aftercare advise other than not to put anything on them but later researched and found that every after care advice states you must moisturize them everyday while they heal, I was quite worried about this and spoke with Eliza on the phone which she quickly became very defensive about and explained it would be fine after the second treatment, after the second treatment they seemed to scab a lot more and after they finally healed I've been left with a greyish faded line which I am now having to pencil over! I tried to call her numerous times with no reply, she finally txt me saying she was away and to call her when she got back?! after a lot more chasing she found a time on a Monday which is my only day off to see me, I arrived there and explained I wouldn't be there to receive any more treatment but wanted her to just look at them as I didn't feel comfortable, she became very angry telling me I had wasted her time and why was I there?! she wouldn't let me explain anything to her at all before she proceeded to tell me to get out while her next client was waiting right outside the door, I would not recommend coming to this salon for any treatments by Eliza, this has been a lesson that you must research more and read reviews before you go ahead with anything like this.

I am unhappy with the procedure provided by Eliza Stoikova. Initially my eyebrows looked great and I was absolutely delighted! However after just one week, my eyebrows became patchy & slightly uneven and the colour faded very quickly. I had the procedure carried out less than 3 months ago and my eyebrows are already far less defined than when the work was first done. I was originally advised by Eliza that the results would last for 12 months, but she is now saying it may only last for 6 months! Had I known this I would not have spent £385 on the treatment. I have tried to resolve this with Eliza but she is ignoring all my emails and attempts to resolve the problem. She has not asked to see my eyebrows to review her work, and is refusing to provide me with another appointment to try to rectify my concerns. I would not return to this salon for any treatment.
